Develop Technical Guidance & Tools

Produce social welfare guidance such as policy and technical briefs, case studies, toolkits, and other resources that inspire and inform comprehensive and integrated social service programs

Evaluate Programs

Lead small-and large-scale program evaluations across programs, technical areas, and countries to identify strengths, opportunities and cross-cutting issues, while helping donors and NGO’s to determine future-facing priorities

Equip Social Welfare Practitioners

Develop traning materials for social welfare organizations to provide tailored, high quality social services, child protection, sexual and gender-based violence, and mental health care

Design & Lead Social Welfare Strategies

Design and scale evidence-based strategies that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, access, and uptake of social welfare services across diverse communities while taking into account intersectional factors.

Design Programs

Work in partnership with people who have lived experience, non-profit and/or NGOs, multi-lateral organizations, foundations and other donors to design social welfare programs within the United States and around the world
